Dr. Rikkie L. K. YEUNG 楊區麗潔

Lecturer: Rikkie Yeung has professional experience in the Hong Kong government (Administrative Officer), a listed banking group, tertiary institutions, non-profit sector, and the media.  She specialises in research and teaching in the areas of public management, civil society, politics, and public administration. She received her doctoral degree from The University of Hong Kong.  Yeung also has Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Master of Journalism from the Hong Kong University, and completed post-graduate training from the Oxford University, UK. Currently, she is also Research Manager of the Centre for Civil Society and Governance of The University of Hong Kong.
