ResearchAssistantII (half time) in the Department of Politics and Public Administration (Ref.: 201801593) (to commence November 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter for 5 months)
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above in the Social Sciences or related areas, preferably in politics and public administration, economic geography or sociology. They should have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing. The appointee will assist in collecting and analyzing data on researches about public policy and governance in HK/greater China, regional development in the Greater Bay Area and cross-boundary cooperation between HK and the Mainland. The appointee is expected to perform literature searches, write up summaries of academic article, collect news, statistics and policies from local, Mainland and overseas governments, and prepare presentations accordingly.
