Office Attendant in the Department of Politics and Public Administration (Ref.: 502650) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should have completed Form 3 or above, preferably with relevant work experience. They should be able to communicate in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), and read and write simple English and Chinese. They should also have basic hands-on experience of word processing and computer applications.

The appointee will perform general duties including counter services, answering phone calls, cleaning, mail dispatch, providing support in facilities arrangement of events, and performing other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
