Congratulations! Mr Wang Liang (MPhil student 2004-2006) has won the prestigious Freeman Fellowship to study in the Master of International Studies Program (MIS) at the Elliot School of International Affairs of George Washington University in the academic year of 2006-07.
Mr Wang is the second student in our Department to win this competitive Fellowship. He was awarded a value around US$40,000 which includes a tuition fee waiver and a stipend.
