Olivia Cheung Shun-yan, 2011 BSocSc(Government and Laws) graduate and a Rhodes scholar (2012), has been awarded the Swire and Cathay Pacific Scholarship to study a DPhil in Politics at St. Antony's College of University of Oxford, commencing in October 2014.
